At Swiftcert, our mission is to provide flexible, high-quality online training that adapts to your business — whether you're a solo professional, a growing team, or a larger organisation. This policy pack outlines our three service models, ensuring you get maximum value for your specific training needs.

1. Standard Use Business Policy (Per-Course Pricing)

Ideal for:
Businesses using fewer than 5 courses or training fewer than 10 candidates.

Key Features:

Pay-as-you-go: Only pay for the courses you use.

Per-candidate, per-course pricing with no subscription required.

Immediate access to training for enrolled candidates

Volume discounts available for 5 or more enrollments per course.

Flexibility:

No long-term commitment.

Perfect for ad-hoc, seasonal, or small-team training needs.

Courses remain accessible for 12 months from enrollment.

Transitioning to Subscription:

If your needs grow beyond 5 courses we’ll offer a free, no-obligation subscription quote to ensure better value moving forward.

2. Unlimited Course Access Policy (Per-Candidate Pricing)

Ideal for:
Businesses wanting access to all standard courses with pricing based on candidate numbers.

Key Features:

Unlimited access to all standard Swiftcert courses for each enrolled candidate. Course list is found here

Flat-rate pricing per candidate for a 12-month subscription period.

Add candidates at any time (pro-rata pricing applies for additions). ( Candidates can only be removed upon renewal )

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 candidate to qualify.

Per-candidate rate remains fixed if numbers are unchanged upon renewal.

Large-scale changes (±10 or more candidates) will prompt a new quotation for best value.

Additional Benefits:

Transferable courses within your organisation. (126 courses available)

Full visibility over candidate progress and certifications.

3. Price Match Renewal Policy (Subscription Loyalty Program)

Ideal for:
Businesses on an active subscription who want consistent, long-term pricing.

Our Commitment:

We honor your original subscription price every year you renew — even if a year is missed.

Once a customer, always a customer.

Renewal Terms:

Same candidate count = same total renewal price.

Adjusted candidate count = total cost changes, but per-candidate rate stays the same.

Substantial Changes:

If candidate numbers change by 10 or more, or change significantly between renewals, a free quotation will be provided for a new fixed rate.

No obligation to renew — the quotation ensures you always receive best-value pricing.

General Terms for All Plans

Payment: Due upon purchase (No training will be available without payment being received in full).

Quotations: Always free, always optional.

Support: All plans include access to technical and account support.
