Your user name is sent in an email with the onboarding information with the option to create password, the user name and password must be entered as shown in the email and as entered by the user upon password creation.
Still having log in problems? Contact swiftcert via the contact page or directly to your business manager on the provided contact number, please state your business or company name in all communications.
Candidate account log in

Your user name is sent in an email with the onboarding information with the option to create password, the user name and password must be entered as shown in the email and as entered by the user upon password creation.
Manually enter your user name and password, autofill maybe entering an incorrect user name or password.

Unlimited Training
Payments and use limitations
A one off payment to a 12 month user agreement allows access to 126 training courses for as many candidates as agreed in the contract. Candidates cannot be removed from an unlimited subscription until renewal of the contract. Candidates can be added at anytime at an additional fee per extra candidate.
The cost of additional candidates will depend on the tier size of your existing contract.

1. Lifetime Price Match Commitment
Once you're a Swiftcert customer, you're always part of the family. We will honor your original subscription price every year you renew with us — even if a year has been missed. This is not a one-off promotion but an ongoing commitment to value and customer loyalty.
2. Renewal Pricing Terms
Stable Candidate Numbers
If the number of candidates in your subscription remains the same at the time of renewal, your renewal price will remain unchanged.Minor Adjustments in Candidate Numbers
If there is a slight increase or decrease in the number of candidates, the total renewal price will be adjusted accordingly. However, the price per candidate will remain the same as your original subscription.Significant Changes in Training Needs
If your training requirements change substantially (e.g., an increase or decrease of 10 or more candidates), we will generate a new price quotation upon renewal.This quote will reflect the best value available for your business.
The quotation is free and carries no obligation to renew.
If you choose to proceed, the new pricing will become your updated Price Match Renewal rate for the next 12-month period.
Ongoing Decline in Candidate Numbers
If your candidate numbers decline by more than 5 candidates per year over two consecutive 12-month periods, a new renewal quotation will also be provided to ensure continued value.As always, this quote is free and without obligation.
Upon agreement, the new rate will become your fixed renewal price moving forward, provided there are no further significant changes within the next 12 months.

For individual courses use the buy now button and follow the instructions to make payment and create a learner account
Final test attempts
All courses have 3 final module test attempts as standard, 3 additional test attempts can be granted by contacting Swiftcert via the contacts page, If after the full 6 attempts are used the course must be re purchased to reset all test attempts.
