Swiftcert is committed to delivering high-quality online training programs to individuals and businesses. By purchasing any of our digital training products, courses, or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All payments are ultimately processed through Stripe. While multiple payment options are available, Swiftcert reserves the right to determine which payment methods are accepted.

2. Digital Products and Services

All training programs, e-learning modules, downloadable content, and digital resources offered by Swiftcert are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your systems

  • Perceived lack of value

  • Accidental purchase

3. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

For corporate clients purchasing access for teams or departments:

  • All transactions are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused access or training seats. credits / candidates placed on your business portal can be used from the date of account creation with Swiftcert up to a maximum of 12 months. at that time point if no renewal of contract has been issued all course credits will expire.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review the course offerings and suitability before purchase.

  • Payment for subscription based training will be made via invoice with an agreed date to complete the transaction

  • All services must be paid in full before access is granted. By submitting payment, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

    Important:
    All sales are final. Swiftcert has a No Refund or Return Policy, as outlined in our Business Policy. Business account terms are also found in the Payment policy
