By accessing or using the services provided by Swiftcert ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, online training content, and digital materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger)
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Use the services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
3. Services Provided
We offer digital training content, courses, certifications, and related services through our platform. Access may be sold to individuals or licensed to businesses for use by employees or teams.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You agree not to share your account access or credentials with others.
5. Payment and Access
All services must be paid in full before access is granted. By submitting payment, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Important:
All sales are final. Swiftcert has a No Refund or Return Policy, as outlined in our Business Policy. Business account terms are also found in the Payment policy
6. License and Use Restrictions
When you purchase a course or subscription, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Resell, share, or redistribute content
Record, download, or distribute training materials
Use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, graphics, text, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Swiftcert as a licensed distributor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiftcert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the integrity or reputation of Swiftcert.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in The United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the services after such changes indicates your acceptance.
